Cathe's older step workouts

Hi everyone,

I have Step Heat, where do I go from here? There are so many older Cathe step workouts, I'm confused. I'm somewhat of a klutz, but I can handle the small doses of Step Blast in the Timesaver DVD. How would you rate the complexity and intensity of Step Jam, Step Works, Step Fit, Step Max, and Mega Step Blast (and any others I've forgotten) - in order please?

TIA

Easiest

Step Heat
Step Jam
Step Fit
Powermax/Rhythmic Step
Step Works

Hardest

This is how I would rank the ones I know. I have never seen nor done Step Max nor Mega Step Blast, but my understanding is that they would fall on the scale as easier than either Powermax or Step works.

Also, if you have managed to handle the Stap Blast section son the Timesaver DVD, then do get the Step Blast DVD and work your way through the rest. It's a fabulous workout and the challenge at the end will take your cardiovasular conditioning up a notch.

Hi Diane,

I have Step Works, Step Blast, Step Fit, and Rythmic Step. Now I haven't done Step Fit yet (just got it) but I have done Step Blast, Step Works, and Rythmic Step and I personally think Step Works is the easier of the three. I am not new to stepping but I am NOT an advanced stepper either. I am some what clumsy and uncoordinated on a step. I'm getting better the more I do them. I have done Step works the past three mornings (6:30) and have really enjoyed it. As you can see it has to be not so complicated in order for me to do it at this hour. My order would be Step Works, Rythmic Step, Step Fit(?), and Step Blast(because of the challenge at the end). I know this is different from the other post but as with every thing we are all different and like different things. I don't know if this helps but it is just my two sence.
