I did your first back to class workout, and the boxing one before that. I'm shocked at how fast your have rebounded. I loved both classes. The leg class seems like it will be good to keep in rotation for hip and knee health. All your new stuff with functional training and mobility have helped me keep on going after this menopause time in life. Your programs keep me motivated and strong.
