suceeded in doing weights before cardio
Hi everyone,
I want to first thank everyone for posting the benefits of doing weights prior to cardio. Well, I was a bit concerned doing this since I work out first thing on an empty stomach. To top this off, since I'm off by half a week, I was scheduled to do Slow/Heavy biceps followed by the first 6 intervals of IMAX2. Gulp. Well, I did it. I couldn't believe that I actually had great energy this morning! I think I could have done IMAX2 in its entirety if I wasn't pressed for time. So, I guess weights first then cardio can work for me.
