Cathe's June Rotation - Friday checkin

Hi everyone,

Today is SH back, SH abs and running. Since I ran yesterday, I am going to substitue a video, haven't decide which one yet. I also have Masters swim practice tonight.

Today is less hectic. My son is not doing double swim practices today, it is too cold for Daughter to swim(50 overnight and pools are not heated), and she does not have her class on Friday. So I have some breathing room today. After yesterday that is a relief.

Hi! Let me just say this. I am exhausted. I did a foolish thing yesterday. It was day7 of week 1 (triceps only) and I did a double workout. So yesterday I did s&H triceps, PS Legs& Abs (substitued plb stability ball for floorwork and pub stability ball for abs) then went for a 30" walk/run which I walked 7 1/12, ran 8 1/2 walked 6 1/2, ran 7 1/2 and I'm not used to running. SO I am beat. I did all this on Thurs so I could get to work early today since I missed two days work talking care of DH. And you have all told me to WATCH OUT for week 2. OH MY! Now if I had to haul children here and there I just simply wouldn't make it. My (Cathe) hat is off to you!!:)
 
Hi everyone!

Glad to hear things are less hectic for you today Dorothy. Hang in there, Stargazer (or I think it's Joy, right?). The goal is not to kill yourself! Ha!

This morning I did S&H chest, and since I skipped the planks and supermans last night, I did them this morning. I would have been late for work if I did Cardio Kicks, so I will have to do that tonight. I will probably do some cardio with S&H biceps tomorrow, and gladly take Sunday as a rest day, because my daughter's dance recital is that day.

Stargazer, your work-out made me groan. I can see why you are beat. Yep watch out for week 2, but for some reason week 3 seems much better. And I am seeing more definition, so this is good. I am also lifting a whole lot more than I used to, again good. I did a CIA hi/lo instead running. I just could not face running again today, and it was Donna Reid's new one which I have not done much. It was fun.

I did a couple workouts out of order so my Friday was Bicepts + IMAX2 1-6, I did the step portion of BodyMax instead because my knees were crying out for something lower impact! I'm getting a little worried now about week 2.
I really love this rotation though!
