I don't know why, but I have just done the first two days of Cathe's January Rotation, and I am really feeling "Challenged." I am hurting after Body Max. I had forgotten how great MIC was. Last month I had been doing the December rotatation with the new weights. I guess I have not done some of the old workouts for awhile. It never fails to amaze me how varying workouts really makes a difference in training...but why does it have to "good hurt" so much.
