Cathe's Hiit dvd's?

This is probably a stupid question but which of Cathe's dvd's that are already out are considered Hiit.?

Hi Rachel- I would say all of the Imaxes (if you do the blast only premixes), 4DS Bootcamp, and the blast section from KickMax. This is just my opinion and others may disagree.
