I always wanted to know....How did your "Four girls" get to be on your DVD's with you?

Hi Luis! Actually, over the many years, we have had numerous other cast members in addition to Cedie, Brenda, Jai and Lorraine. It's just that in the most recent years they have thankfully always been available when we film. I count my lucky stars every time they are because it is not easy to find an awesome and compatable team like them. I met them at different points in my life...Cedie was a hardworking and energetic member at the gym that I asked to do videos with me back, gosh, like 15 years ago. Brenda I met on one of our roadtrips in the mid 90's. Turned out she lived locally so we got to know each other better. Jai, who actually did my earlier workouts at home, became a member at our gym, and Lorraine was a great friend of Jai's whom I met through Jai. As I said earlier, it's VERY rare that you can find a fit cast that all get along so well and are available almost every time you film. I'm fortunate to have heard the words "I'm In" for as long as I have because I know that things come up in life (people move, have kids, change careers, are busy with work/family, are on vacation, are sick, lose interest, etc). Its inevitable that we will eventually have to expand our cast as productions continue, however, I am forever grateful for whatever productions my "four girls" can give me. They are Da Bomb :7
