I finished it two weeks ago. I added a 20 min. run on most of the days it called for GS upper body workouts (CT and BSB). I'm at my goal weight so I didn't need/want to lose any weight but I did lose 2 lbs and I've gotten a few comments on my arms toning up. I was able to increase my weights on almost every exercise by the end of the month and I felt GREAT! I'd definately do it again!!
That's great to hear. I was going to start it in January, actually, but I got derailed. So I thought about starting either this rotation or the tank top rotation. I need something to shed a bit of fat and build/keep the muscle tone I have.
