Cathe's 4 day per week training split

Hi Cathe,

I read your post where you said you got your amazing results for the hardcore series by training hard and heavy 4 days per week. I probably should know what that means but I don't and was wondering if you could explain it a little bit.

Is the 4 day split strictly a weight training split or does it include cardio? If so how is it broken down into 4 days?

How much time do you spend each of the 4 days?

Did you find the 4 day split more effective than the body part per day? (because it sure looks that way from your fabulous results!)
