Catheite cookbook

This sounds like a great idea to me too. I would LOVE to have a copy of this when it is ready. I will see if I can come up with some recipes too.

Thank you Shelley!! :)

Shelley,

This is a fantastic idea. The recipes that I would like to contribute, however, are from cookbooks; not my own. If we include the name of the cookbook, publisher, year, etc., do you think it would be a problem to include them? After a zillion years of being in the educational system, I'm rather conscious of copyright laws :)

Sandra - we're not selling the book, so does that make a difference? It would be like me copying a recipe from a book and giving it to you.

But perhaps it's a good idea if you're contributing a recipe from another cookbook to include the cookbook name and author.

Emily has it going on! PMS faves would be welcome, too.

Yes, it sounds like a great idea. What a nice person to take on this task. I am sure a lot of people would appreciate a book like this. Thanks

Shelley,

This is a great idea.

Don't know if you are interested, but Better Homes and Gardens lets you create a cookbook in pdf format for free. Here is the link. All you do is go to the Food & Recipe section. Scroll down until you see My Cookbook and then register. I did this for a family reunion. Everyone gave me there recipes and I entered them into this and either printed it out or sent it to them in the pdf format.

Thanks! My crack team of cookbook creators and I have access to some software that will allow us to create the cookbook and it also comes up with nutritional info for the recipes that don't already have it.

BTW, if you're submitting a recipe from another source that has nutritional info, please include it:)

Mmmm... chocolate AND peanut butter! Even better! :9 :9 :9

I know a few ladies on this board love fudge. How 'bout that? :9 :9 :9

Shouldn't this be a CLEAN EATING recipe collection? We should be lashed with wet spaghetti for our transgressions! }( :+
