hi cathe! i have a question. which one of your dvd give most infro. on form when lifting???? i been using power hour and mis but i see were ps and slow and heavy also give infro. on form. so i wondering should i consider ordering one of them. to help me work on my form when lifting are maybe get a book? thank you
