Wow.....Cathe.....I am so impressed with how in shape you are in these new DVDs!! I was viewing the pics from your website. You have always been buff....but you seem beyond buff!! I exercise with ALL your videos...I have so many...but would like to know what kind of diet you eat. I know diet and exercise go hand in hand...just need some help on the diet part that help make those muscles pop. What are some good choices throughout the day to help get rid of the layer of fat over the muscles. I exercise five days a week with plenty of cardio and weights mixed in...just need to get rid of this thin layer of fat hanging on. Your thoughts would be so helpful.
