Thanks Cathe for such a great hardcore series. I truly appreciate the constant form pointers and added comentary you give about which muscle group you are working. It helps me focus on where I should be feeling it. Your cues are excellent. I also must say I am loving the gym styles with heavier wts and slower reps. Much DOMS going on here. Your videos have truly brought my fitness level up a notch- still have a few to go but I am continuing to try and challenge myself thanks to you.
