Don't mean to be corny, but your workouts really are the best and make my day so much better. A lot of days I don't feel like doing the workout bec I know you are going to kick my butt. But then I put it in and I get psyched. The rest of the day I feel so much better and stronger. I have seen better results with your workouts than working out with other tapes, or going to the gym. Also, I love your DVDS and all the different choices you have put on them to make working out so much more convenient! I have just started the August Rotation and I am enjoying it a lot. This is my first rotation, hoping I stick to it. In the past, I used to just do any workout I felt like it - but it feels good to have more structure. So thanks for all your hard work!
