We are doing great, thanks for asking! We are moving to Golden, Colorado in July, it is our dream come true, so it is a busy and exciting time. But we will be back in NJ visiting my mom (she's lives in Lavallette, if you know where that is at the shore) in August, so I'm hoping to sneak down to your studio and take a live class then.

I'm enjoying your new workouts immensely, BTW -- can't wait to see what's net (BOSU, maybe?) :)
 
Hi Hazel. How nice to get an update from you. I hear so many beautiful things about Colorado. Best of luck to you and your family. If you are still planning on teaching, it will be fun to experience a new location. Glad you are enjoying the new workouts too.
