Cathe your workout kicked my butt again...thanks!!

This question is for Cathe but if anyone else has feedback please share!

I did the Cardio Blast DVD last night and I barely got thru the first section before tripping over the stepper and landing on the nearby couch. I'm starting to feel like I'm the only fool that can't seem to get the steps right so I'm wondering which DVDs do these segments come from?

Also, any secrets as to how to accomplish that cross legged hover you do in Core Max #1? I've been trying for months and I can still only lift my butt and not my legs. I think I may have my weight on my hands wrong or something.

PS:

Even though I'm training for a 1/2 marathon that Cardio Blast DVD kicked my bootay all over the place and left me panting for breath after only 30 min! Cathe you are awesome!! :D

Cardio Fusion contains workouts from Drill Max, Body Max 2 and Low Impact Circuit.
