Hi Cathe,

I read in the Collage Monthly Newsletter article that your oldest son is starting kindergarten this year. My oldest daughter (also 5) is starting this year, too. I just wanted to wish him and you the best! It's a big moment in the lives of our kids, and their parents! I haven't been this excited about the first day of school since I was 5 years old myself :)

I also extend my best wishes to you and your son. What an exciting day!!! I remember both of mine's first days of kindergarten. It seems like yesterday and my baby will be 23 this year and my oldest 25 just next week. What happened to the time? Hold on to these precious moments, they are fleeting....

Great article about you in Collage catalog, we're always learning something new about you! I would have loved to take one of your classes in N.Y., I was working not to far from there at the time. How exciting that your son is starting Kingergarten, my baby is starting H.S. this year:-( . I'm nervous for him.

I was thinking last night while doing S&H shoulders that Eric was starting Kindergarten this year, too. Wow! Glad to see time flies as quickly for Cathe as it does for me!:)


Have the tissues ready, Cathe! Even my husband had a few tears watching my son getting on the bus that very first day!
 
Oh, I had tears in my eyes too as the bus pulled away. He's only gone two days and has adjusted nicely. He wants to go to the bus stop at 7A, but the bus doesn't come until 7:30A!:)

Hope your son will enjoy kindergarten too!

My little guy starts Kindergarten Thursday. I know "he's" ready to go, but I am not dealing too well. My MIL says it's because he's my last one to go. It is Unbelievable how fast time flies.

My oldest son is also starting kindergarten this year!!!! What a year for all of us!
