This is my first time using your tapes. I did the bicep/tricep/abs segment. I started with 2.5LBS but found them too light, then moved to 5 LBS. (7.5 LBS each side during barbell routine).
I was able to finish everything with the 5 LBS weight. I did have a lot of trouble with the tricep dips and could not complete that exercise.
All the time, I was really excited cause I could feel my arms doing the work. I even started to 'heat' up and was screaming (aaah!) by the time 'we' reached the 3rd set of each exercise.
But now, 15 minutes later, I feel light - as if I didn't workout at all. Is this normal, or do I need to increase the weights? Maybe I did something wrong?
It was quite an effort to finish the third set. I kept calling you killer catheeeee because I was burning like hell. But I don't feel pumped at all now.
Maybe this is how it's supposed to be?
