Cathe, your recs please: Fat Loss and RWH

My goal is to lose body fat (I'm 140 lbs, mid 40's and felt most comfortable at about 115-120 lbs). I don't like to focus too much on the actual pounds but wanted to give you that as a ballpark figure. I know to lose body fat you need to eat at a caloric deficit. Of course that can lead to fatigue with more intense workouts. I have and endo-meso shape and find it hard to lose weight and/or fat. I've had my thyroid checked and everything in my lab work is normal.

How do incorporate RWH into my fat loss goals? Or should I save RWH for when I'm eating more at maintenance and have higher energy levels?

I tried a month of RWH in January and got so fatigued that I took a month off working out altogether. At that time I was not cutting cals.
