Hi Cathe
I dont post too often here - i dont think you ever see my posts :)
i got my dvds today as i was just finishing Low Impact Circuit. I knew i'd get them today, but not in time for my workout. So these four new ones will last me the rest of the week. I can not wait to try them out.

I did preview each of them very briefly. Im excited to try them out - especially bootcamp. YOU sound out of breath and thats a little scary!! Thanks for delivering advanced workouts. Noone compares to you in my opinion and its hard to find workouts that continue to challenge me. I just wanted to thank you for keeping my workout routine exciting and challenging. Even if it means an empty wallet :)

By the way everyone looks gorgeous and so does the set. I couldnt help but envy your sculpted arms in the low impact step tape. You look gorgeous! I'm jealous. I think Santa (husband) needs to bring me some heavier weights for xmas since my dumb bells only go up to 20 pounds!

Cant wait to try these out :)

Not Cathe -- but keep us posted with your reviews of the new workout!
I think you are among the first to actually have them in hand.:)

Cathe: I agree..YOu look fabulous in the new 4 day split series. The outfits are so flattering. Makes me want to fire up that credit card again...Love the camera angles and the set too..Looking forward to working out with them. I am still previewing them..

Thank you for all your hard work!!

RE: Cathe you look great!! cant wait to do the new work...

Im trying to decide between Bootcamp or High Intensity Step. As soon as I get home i'm going to pop these bad boys in! I just have to decide which one i wanted to try first. If i had four hours - i'd do them all! Lol

They do look great and that makes it hard to decide what to do first.

I really need to up my dumbbells. I need to get heavier ones, as mine only go up to 20 and i can usually keep up with cathe in her dumb bell selection. Santa may have to come early this year ;)

Thanks again Cathe, your workouts never disappoint! Hopefully you see this post but I think you know how greatful we all are.

Hi Jenmgo! Thanks for the kind compliments :) Wow, you already did two of the workouts, that's so great. Thank you for the feedback. Each workout will get smoother and smoother for you as you learn it.

I agree, the camera angles are a refreshing change and I just love the 3D effect they project. The vocal clarity is also top notch. I was/am thoroughly pleased with NFL. They are an outstanding company and a pleasure to work with.

Hi Cathe
I almost fell over when i saw you replied to me directly :) My husband thinks i'm nuts now

I did end up doing 2 workouts - but i stuck with the same dvd. I did bootcamp and kickbox including the weights. So i've done half the workout set already. I was suprised with the weight section. I think iw as expecting something more along the lines of slow and heavy. but i love how the counts were varied and all the variety you used. it really went by quickly - even the leg workout and normally legs have a high dread factor for me.

I LOVED bootcamp, it was tons of fun. If it was just 60 mins of cardio that would be a great killer workout! I was sorry to have it end. When i first heard you say 12 drills .... wow. But they flew by and were a lot of fun and my basement is big enough to do all of them as planned. I really liked this one.

Tomorrow i'll try one..or two..of the step workouts.

I'm very pleased with my purchase :) AS i was doing weights i thought hmm...this isnt as heavy as i thought. it didnt kill me while i was doing it. But, after my shower and dinner i now have DOMS. Thanks for always killing us. In a good way of course

Oh..the part where you do tricep dips off the high step with your legs on the stability ball...i had my equipment set up like you and the cast and could only do a few. I dont think my triceps are weak and i normally have pretty good balance but the ball kept rolling and i kept losing the ball from under me and it was almost dangerous. Any tips on how to improve this?

Thanks again for great workouts. I look forward to working out with you tomorrow.

And if you ever need a new background exerciser..count me in! Haha (i just saw the bird clip)
