Cathe, you helped me shock a trainer at my gym!

For Christmas I was given a special gift package offered at my gym that included a HR monitor and Metabolic Assesment Profile test. They are very into knowing your heart rate training zones there, and I was very curious to find out how mine fell. Well......my anareobic threshold is 192!!!! The trainer that administered the test almost fell over! I owe it all to your workouts, Cathe (especially the Imax's :D ) I also couldn't believe that my zone three (just below the AT, as I'm sure you know) doesn't start until my bpm is 173. Thanks, Cathe!

Wow Kelly....That is so inspiring. I can see why your trainer nearly fell over. You are in unbelievable shape. Keep up the great work. Enjoy your training sessions.
 
I have to say something along the same line..

I had minor outpatient surgery a few months ago. My doctor was amazed at my resting heart rate while I was awake at 49-52 BPM and when they put me under I was at 19-22 BPM. When I woke up he asked me what I do to stay in such condition and I told him all about Cathe! He was a bit skeptical when I said I exercised at home. I told him to visit your web site. After he left the nurse asked me to right down what I had told him so she could look it up!:) Susan
