Good morning Cathe,

I did BodyMax2 this morning for the first time, and I just wanted to point out that you appear to have gotten confused while making this workout. After the 30 min step portion, you were supposed to do 30 mins of Power Circuits....NOT the first half of IMAX4!!!! My, you're a wicked lady......}( }( }( }( And we love you for it!

I haven't done this one yet. Now you're making me nervous. LOL! Love LIC. I'm so glad I purchased this set.
 
I was thinking the same thing when I was working out with that DVD. I thought to myself, heck if I can make it through this then the next time I do an Imax I will be able to easly sing a song!!!!

What a true statement!!! I haven't done it yet, (I'll get it in tomorrow during Cardio Fusion) but watching it had me excited. Imax 2 is my fav., and I love the power segments in Body Max, so this one is going to be so much fun, and also seems like I'll be in a whole lottta pain }(
