Wow, I did the Butts and Guts leg blast the other night. I could only do half the segments, and not only am I getting DOMS, but I had IMS, that's IMMEDIATE muscle soreness. HA HA! I can tell I really needed that workout. And to think I have to do lower body a lot more this month.
