Wow, I did the Butts and Guts leg blast the other night. I could only do half the segments, and not only am I getting DOMS, but I had IMS, that's IMMEDIATE muscle soreness. HA HA! I can tell I really needed that workout. And to think I have to do lower body a lot more this month. Maybe I'll actually see muscles in my big thighs! thanks for the wonderful workouts and the Blog is excellent. :D
 
try GS legs after being on vacation for a week and not doing any excerise except hiking. My thighs were "flaming" the next day (But it felt great!)
