And I cannot thank you enough! A few months ago you posted some additional deltoid exercises for those who are shoulder challenged. I admit to being a deltoid snob and wanted definition. In September I started REALLY cleaning up my diet and tracking everything. I had to cut down on cardio to lose weight - how odd is that? Since then I've dropped 18 pounds. But last night I was out with DH trying on clothes for Christmas eve and I put on a dressy sleeveless top. (keep in mind I started this in September so basically nothing sleeveless since then) His eyes popped and he said "WOW! You have really sculpted your shoulders and arms! They look fabulous." Could not have done it without that shoulder workout you put together! Thanks more than I can say. Have an awesome Christmas.
