Cathe, you are a gift!

It's Thanksgiving and I am counting my blessings and want to say, you are a gift!
There are wonderful instructors out there but you are in a class of your own. None of them can deliver the goods quite as you do. Your workouts have evolved and every year you take it to the next level and your add ons always complment and the complete the previous workouts. With the Cathe workouts I have compiled, I can put together such a variety of workouts, emphasizing strength or endurance, taking it easy or going all out.

And if that weren't enough, there you stand at the front of the "class" we have come to know and love, and you give us little laughs and alway just the right amount of encouragement at the moment when it's needed the most! Your cuing has enabled ever this rather clumsy Catheite to learn and love step and hi-lo choreography!

Thank you, Cathe! And thank God I found you!

You give us workouts that challenge the home exerciser. I'm proud of my DVDs and laugh when my friends admit that they are harder than their workouts at the gym. I love the options you've given us and hope you come up with more. I love that you make weight training look so cool for women. I love that you consider our requests too! OK...I just love you!!!

We miss you around here but I am assuming it means your are getting to spend some quality time with your family & friends and that is a GOOD thing after all the hard work you, SNM & crew have put in lately for all of us!
