CATHE WORKING ONE BODYPART PER DAY ?

Hi Cathe,

I am currently on a CTX rotation, and I am thinking of spending a bit extra on each bodypart per day, and as the average length of strength work in the CTX series is 10 minutes, what extra time per day, on top of the 10 minutes, would you recommend ?

Hi Anna! It is not so much a question of time as it is exercises. I would suggest doing two extra exercises per body part (each exercise at 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps at a slightly slower pace for variation). Have Fun!
