Cathe,
Really hoping you can help me! I have posted before but now find myself with limited time and want to keep working out but need some guidance. I can only dedicate an hour, 4 days a week, to working out. That means a total of about 4-5 hours a week (maybe a bit longer on the weekends, but not a guarantee). That needs to include cardio workouts and weight workouts.
Is there any way you can suggest that would make the best use of my time? Let me provide you with the following info so that you can make the best suggestions:
1) I work out at home but do have dumbells, a "nautilus" type setup where I can do pull downs, chest press, leg extensions, etc and a treadmill, and of course, Cathe DVD's, and a step.
2) I am a size 6, about 5'7 1/2 , weigh about 134 lbs, so I do not need to lose a lot of weight but more decrease a little body fat and lean out, get more "cut"
3) I eat fairly clean 90% of time
I have 17 month old twins and will be going back to work soon, so that is the reason for the change in my schedule. Can you suggest a routine that is realistic and might actaully allow me to see some progress? If you need any other info, please let me know.
So looking forward to your reply (and others, feel free to help me out too!).

Cass
