Cathe-Which workout plan is better fro fatloss?Circuits or straight cardio?

Hi Cathe,
First of all thank you for your great workouts!!! I was just wondering what you would suggest for trying to lose about 15 pounds. Would it be better to do 5-6 days of cardio and work one part a day or to do circuit full body workouts?THank you for your hard work and inspiration!!

Hi Sheri! You can't go wrong either way. Circuits will work well, as will cardio mixed with working body parts. You can even do a mixture of both.

Just make sure you give YOUR ALL to at least 4 of the 6 workouts per week and ALMOST YOUR ALL to the other two. Try to do 60 minute workouts, EAT CLEAN, sleep hard, and drink water.
