I loved the mixture of beginner instructions as well as ok I have got it now, lets move on!
I am Endo-meso body type but 48 years old with a noisy knee!
Basically I see it as
do I follow this rotation again in May or do I choose another, but I do not feel like an "advanced" Cathe follower yet. This is the first rotation I have followed at 6 days per week. Normally I cover only 5 days, so that in itself is a positive for me.
Would like to lose the last 12 pounds, gain more definition in the core area and work slimming the thickness of my upper body.
