Cathe- What's YOUR favorite style of workout?

Dear Cathe,

I am just curious as to what your favorite type of strength workout is? You have so many various styles including circuits and it would be fun to know when you workout, what style do you tend to gravitate towards? What do you find to be the most enjoyable on a personal level?
 
What a fun question Mrs.Princess! I have to say that Split workouts like in the Hardcore Workouts are my favorite but I do enjoy all forms of weight training. I like one body part per day when I am short on time each day and want to give my all to one body part and get out. I like circuit when I want to get a really good sweat and work more on muscle endurance along with my calorie burn. I like total body workouts when I'm in maintenance mode or when I add it on as my fourth workout of my week of splits.

I love that I have so many options to meet my either my time schedule, my mood or my preference :D

Thanks for the reply! You've given me some nice ideas. It's always motivating when you see an instructor train just as hard in personal life as she does on Tv! Thanks for being an inspiration!!
