I'm doing your Aug 05 rotation and this past Saturday was the 100 toe touches, 100 burpees, five minute jog, 100 jacks, 100 alternating lunges, low pulse squats for 2 min, jump rope for 5 minutes, 50 push ups and 400 sit ups and then DO IT AGAIN!!!!
Wow! I didn't think I'd make it through, but I did - 800 situps, 200 squat thrusts!!!!! I can admit that the burpees (squat thrusts) were probably not that pretty but wow- do I feel the DOMS in my hamstrings today - 2 days later (even after doing Circuit Max and CTX upper body Sun and Step Works and the first 5 intervals of Imax this morning- thought I'd warm up and loosen them). My back was also filled with DOMS, not sure why, perhaps the push ups and the arm work during the squat thrusts and toe touches.
This was incredible, but I'm glad I don't have to do it again
Any suggestions for me to do after this rotation to continue the gains? I have had some great suggestion from others in Open Discussion, but wanted your opinion as well.
