Cathe -- What else do you do?

Hi Cathe,
First of all, thanks for getting me in shape! I'm totally loving my new body! (A year into your workouts and many more years to come!)

My question for you is: Other than the classes you teach, what else do you add to your workout routine? Obviously you own a gym, do you hit that (and what do you do there) on your opposite days of teaching or add it to the day of classes? Dish the Cathe workout dirt... How many hours a day does it take to get the "Cathe" look??

I don't ever expect to look like you -- especially since fitness is your profession and only my hobby, but curiosity has the best of me (call me George)! ;-)

BTW, my husband got jealous of my muscles so he's decided to workout with me!

Hi Sheryl! How cute is this....BTW, my husband got jealous of my muscles so he's decided to workout with me! .....

I teach Step Aerobics, Kickbox, High Step, and Silver Sneakers (senior) classes weeekly. In addition to that (when not injured of course) I like to do a couple of extra cardio workouts and hit each major muscle group once a week. I try to eat a clean diet, so that helps a lot.
