Cathe, what ball and barbell do you recommend?

I don't have a stability ball or barbell and would like to know if you can recommend a good stability ball and barbell.
Also, Like Merecedes, I too am naturally big on top, and would like to ask you a big favor. Would you mind asking her what kind of bra does she use to give her so much support with all the jumping she does in some of your videos? Lastly, would you ever consider doing a weight training workout that usese pyramiding, supersetting and slow count (like in slow and heavy series)all in one workout?...Ok, one more question, how often do you recommend training the abs if you are going for a six pack like yours? Thanks. }(

This is a great idea to post in the "Suggestions for new videos/DVD's" forum. I'd second this suggestion!

Hi, I have posted it there but, unless I am wrong, Cathe doesn't seem to answer posts on that board. So I figure I would put it here where I have seen here post. }(

Since Cathe hasn't gotten to this yet:
I, and many other forum members, love the Troy Lite barbell. Cathe uses this in PH, I think. It's short, light, but strong. The plates are rubber coated, which means they won't rust. You can get them from www.fitness1st.com .

As for stability balls, any of the balls from www.fitterfirst.com (similar to the first URL, but they are different stores!) are good, as they are burst resistant (which means they won't pop easily: important when you are using weights on the ball).

Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for.}(
