Cathe, what are the gloves you're wearing in KPC?

Hi Cathe! I don't see any mention of the black gloves in the "equipment needed" section of the DVD. Are these slightly weighted or something to add more resistance to the upper body, or are they simply longer versions of regular weight lifting gloves...?

Not Cathe here, but those aren't gloves, they're just hand wraps used in kickboxing.

Hi Beth,

I've been using a pair of Everlast weighted gloves that I bought on Amazon to do all of my kickboxing workouts, and they seem to be working fine. I just make sure not to overdo it on some of the faster punching combos since they do add more force.

I asked this question once before and she is wearing hand wraps on her hands. She sent me a link to where she purchased those for that work out, it was from everlast. I am looking it up right now to share with you.

This link is what she suggested I purchase so I don't have to wrap my hand everytime I do the workout. I purchased these an LOVE them. They weight just a little bit but make A HUGE difference in the workout!! They are worth their cost even if it is only used for one type of workout!
