Cathe-what a great class!

I have to post and tell you all what a fabulous time I had at a recent Cathe class! My friend and I were visiting Philly and were able to go down to Glassboro for Cathe's Saturday bodypump class. Cathe was super sweet and spent time talking to us before and after class. The class itself was great (even with the low-ends squats :-tired) and we got to meet Cathe's son after class-what a cutie! I can't wait for my next trip to Philly !! :-jumpy

I will echo that! "No Fair" I'm in NY but that part of Jersey is a good 3 hours away! No Fair :-( Can't we meet halfway, kind of like Cranford? ;-) LOL

Hi Diana! How nice to hear from you. I very much enjoyed your company on Saturday too. I never got a chance to tell you after class, but your form was excellent. You are obviously a seasoned strength trainer.

I hope you enjoyed the rest of the day shopping at King of Prussia with your wonderful friend(what did you buy? ;-)).

Hi Cathe! Thanks so much for the compliment, but the good form is thanks to you and your wonderful tapes ! I did do some shopping at King of Prussia--no mall is safe from me and my credit card }> !! Thanks again for such a great class!
