Cathe, were you ever in the CIA?

Cathe, the title of this sounds like you were a secret agent or something of that sort doesn't it? Anyway, I thought I remember that way back you were in the CIA (creative instructor aerobics)and made a video. Were you in the CIA and if so, did you make a video with them and what was the title of it? Thanks!

Hi Lisa! Yes, I was in a very, very, early series of CIA videos (before Step N Motion). It was CIA 1006 series. That was the title of it. I did a segment on Team Teaching with Greg Twombly. It was only a 20 minute segment. The rest of the tape featured other instructors doing different workouts. We all had about 20 minute segments. Gosh, that takes me back in time
