What does your typical week look like with regard to working out? Also, are your genetics such that you put on muscle easily?

Let's put it this way. Not only did we get screwed off a 4:27 pm flight & couldn't leave for Texas until the next day, she drove me to my house which is over 35 minutes out of the way (she's lives right near the airport)& SHE didn't even sleep on the plane!!!! She bailed a fellow Catheite out!!! ME!!!

Aw...shucks! You would have done the same for me, Marla. It really wasn't a big deal since I knew I was taking the rest of the day off to sleep.

BTW, MARLA, did you leave some $$$ in my car? I think you did! That's not right!!!!
