We had our Cathe Texas Party this weekend and it was so great! We talked about you alot:+ It was great to meet my fellow Catheites and we took a special picture for you while we were there!

Hi Jes! How fun that looked. I wish I was there. When did you all plan that? Shonie, you look like you have really been training hard. You look awesome, great for you! I couldn't find a picture that listed everyone's names? Shonie (who I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet already), Pinky and Jes were the only names listed. You are all so darn cute. One of you look like a brunette version of Kim Cattrel. I loved the sign you made and the aftermath picture was hysterical. Thanks for sharing!

I was checking out the photos and noticed that pic of the girl in the purple Muppet shirt. Wow, excellent guns. Not sure who she is, but if anyone knows what her workout routine is, I'd love to hear more about it and how she has been so successful. Would also like to hear about her diet as well.
 
I believe you are talking about Shonie Maxwell. Ironically, she is the one that posted just above you. She DOES have some impressive guns. Go Shonie:)
 
yep! that is our girl Shonie! She is one buff honey! there is a great pic of her on the picture trails from the road trip posing in front of the "buff man with a frisbee statue" from Cathe's set. she rocks and we are VERY proud of her!

Marla -- how kind of you to ask :)

You guys JUST made my day! Here I was all depressed about looking thick on the road trip...and then you go and make me feel great! I love you girls! Cathe included, of course, since she IS my inspiration.

Jes is right, lots of protein. The BEST way to do it is to get nutrients from foods (not processed). But I don't cook and I eat at my desk most of the time for lunch and breakfast -- so I eat tons of protein bars and drinks and powder. Those companies owe me big time :)

And Soosan (if that IS your real name) -- buff, beautiful, AND nice -- no way! Will you marry me :)
