I answered an earlier post about Stretch Max saying that I had been taught never to stretch a cold muscle. I did Stretch Max today and noticed there is nothing mentioned in the intro about warming up prior to doing one of the programs. If you're coming off another workout and you're already warmed up, no problem, but shouldn't you do some sort of a warm up before doing these otherwise?
I did like your comment that flexibility training is the most neglected area of fitness training. It definitely helps with your range of motion in other types of training that you do.
