This is the first time I've posted here. I'm new to Cathe's workouts and just ordered my first...My question is how do these compare to the Firm as far as intensity is concerned? I lift weights regularly, and I like to break things up every once in a while...I used to do the Firm a while back. Volume 1 is the only one I would consider doing now...Do Cathe's compare (or are they better) in intensity?
