Cathe Volume 1 the CD - 67 non-stop minutes - awesome m...

Cathe,

I want to tell you how much everyone in my classes has enjoyed the Cathe Vol 1 CD. By the time we hit song #10 "Hot Temptation" everyone in the class now knows it as "The ab song". I know that if any one of my participants heard this song out of the gym, they would be forced to hit the ground and start crunching. Which leads into my question...the title of the CD lends itself to a Volume 2. When would it be available? I love the music that you use in your workouts, and am looking forward to the next release.

Thank you for your time.

Terri: I gather from your post that you are an instructor. I am as well. Which exercises do you do for each song...if you don't mind sharing. I hadn't use "hot temptation" as an ab song. So, there is a GREAT idea. Could you please share???

Also, I love the tape too and I am hoping for a volume 2!!!:):)

take care:)

Hi Terri! How ironic that I have JUST come out of a meeting in which we discussed the possibilities of a new CD. We are looking into better price points for the customer too. I'll keep you posted :)

Yay! You know I bought this and my hubby was kinda mad I'd "wasted" some money and now do you know he listens to it more than I do. I have to constantly take the CD out of his CD changer. And then yesterday, I listened to the MP3 player and it was on there too. I am all for a Volume 2 especially with Body Blast and the Hardcore's! I'll definitely be buying!

i was just about to ask when Vol 2 would be out LOL great minds think alike.

Hi Gloria:

Thank you so much for your kind words.

I teach a bodybar strength class that this CD really works well with. The 130BPM are fine especially when using all of the different counts...2up 2down, 3up 1down, etc...You get the picture. We usually start off with plie squats, goto biceps, straight squats, triceps. Sometimes I'll mix it up, so that we woud be doing plies on the "ABC's of love", because we think it sounds like a frog in that song. So we all have frog legs. By the time we get to "Somebody's Watching Me", we are usually on the bench doing chest presses, and overhead extensions, so when the #10 song starts everyone rolls onto the floor for abs. Then I'll flip it to #12 for the stretches at the end.

I also like it for teaching step. The first song is a real go-getter and everyone just starts to move. I don't have to tell you, this was one of my better buys.

Where do you find the Cathe CD? I looked on this website with no luck. Do you order them somewhere else, or am I just clueless?

I'm just about to go in search of this myself...what is on this cd? Is it the music from her workout dvds??? She has some awesome music. I'm doing CTX this week and am delighted with the music every day:) Off to see if I can find this item:)

Thanks, Kassia! I'd already found it under the "catalog" tab and then checked music under "Buyer's Guide".

I love this CD, too, and will definitely buy volume 2.

My boys love this CD as much as I do -- they classify it as "action music." I'll say. ;)

Their favorite song is Side Step. :)
