This may have already been done and I just haven't seen it. I find the Cathe TV segments so helpful and I frequently go back to them to refresh my memory on the form pointers Cathe gives. My only difficulty is remembering what is highlighted in which segment. Is there an index to the Cathe TV that tells you what she is discussing in each segment. Sort of like a table of contents in a book? This would be very helpful.
