Cathe TV for Central time

I have been trying to watch the 9:00pm Cathe TV, but am not getting anything the screen is either grey or bright blue!!! Since I am central time, do I need to log an hour later??? I have to do this with cathe cam, but I didn't thing I would with the Cathe TV. Please let me know!!!

The 9pm broadcast...

...would be on at 8pm in the Central time zone.
