Cathe Total Cardio Step

Hello everyone. I have a question. I found a DVD of Cathe's called Total Cardio Step. One the cover it's Cathe and CD (?) the blonde woman that is often in Cathe's videos. On the back it says that this dvd has Basic Step, Low Impact Step and Body Fusion. Now my question is does this dvd indeed have all three videos on them and if it does is it the full version of each workout? There is also another Cathe dvd called Total Muscle Sculpting that says it has Total Body Sculpting, Upper Body Sculpting, Lower body sculpting and Stability ball abs. What particular workouts are these? I am very confused. I would like to know about the sculpting workouts, are they from any of Cathe's other videos? I bought the cardio one but I still have 14 days to return it just in case but I love Cathe but I want to make sure that this dvd really has all three of these workouts on it and in it's entirety or just partial workouts. Thank you everyone. :D

I have that one

It came with my circuit/Susan G. Kommen step. It does have all three of those workouts. What it doesn't have is the upper/lower body or the stability ball abs. If you want to do the beginner's rotation as it is written then you would want both of those dvds not the single "Total Cardio" disc.

I think the lady on the cover is Cedie.

The Total Cardio disc is beginner/intermediate. So, if you aren't a beginner you might want to get something else. But, if you are new to Cathe (like me) then there is no harm in learning that disc first. After all you can always increase your step height if you need additional intensity.

Thank you so much! The other dvd I found is Total Muscle Sculpting. Do you know what workouts are on that one? I came across this forum actually gooling Cathe's workouts. :D So happy I did!!! Yes it is Cedie on the cover with her on the Total Cardio Step cover.

I misread it the first time. Thank you very much for your response Rapid!
