Putting those drop sets of pushups toward the end of disc 7 :eek: They were evil enough last week at the beginning of the workout. I did fairly well and got well over half on my toes, but I am not sure how they were looking :eek:
 
I'm doing that disc for the second time tomorrow morning. I just looked at the line up of exercises and sighed. Oh, the pushups- AGAIN!
