Cathe -- Thank you so much for the wonderful Nov. rotation. It's been a while since I've done a rotation, and I've been looking forward to this one.

I'm thrilled that you added in a day of yoga/pilates/stretch each week. I had just made the decision a couple days ago to add that back into my program -- it's been sorely lacking in my program in recent months. I was thinking I'd have to modify the Nov. rotation.

How perfect that you added it in this rotation. Now I don't have to modify anything to fit it in. How did you know? ;)

I haven't done all of the 4DS workouts yets, but I've done Bootcamp and it was an instant favorite. I just LOVE it! I did Bootcamp cold, first thing in the morning without previewing it or reading the description, and I had a blast. It was fun not knowing what was next.

I've previewed the others and they're fantastic, as I knew they would be.

How nice to hear from you Marla. Glad you are enjoying the new series. Have fun incorporating yoga/pilates/stretch into the rotation. Sounds like its just what you needed/wanted....Yippee! Happy Weekend!
