I just wanted to extend my sincerest gratitude for all the hard work that you put into each workout that you produce. I am so pumped about STS because I have recently been working with P90X and found that the 6 day per week commitment was unrealistic so this program is ideal. And after looking at the blog update I am beyond impressed with the innovative and killer ways you have thought of to work our legs. I also love the fact that we are getting a little more insight into how the filming process goes for you and crew because it makes me much more patient knowing that they must film 3 months worth of training into such a short amount of time.
Anyway I felt prompted to to say thanks after checking out your blog. I have also started the 4 day split which I adore, my triceps are killing me and I know that it will get me looking great for my wedding which is June 14th of this year.
