I know this is the Ask Question but I personally wanted to THANK Cathe for making my wish come true. For years, I have requested a heavy bag workout and finally when I read this morning, I got very emotional (tears of joys cannot express how I feel right now) and I just wanted to THANK for the bottom of my heart. You are truly a GEM. Sending you a big hugs and tons of kisses.

LOL! Monse I thought of you when I saw the Boxing series. I even posted at VF looking for you. I knew you would be excited...as I am.

Hi Hedy,

I logged on this morning and when I read the anouncement I almost fainted, thought I was having another one of my dreams (ha). I hope that Cathe makes more heavy bag workouts and she adds kickboxing movements as well. I know that Debbie Burns is a professional amateur boxer, she would be excellent to guest start on Cathe's new series or Michael Oladije (he's the best), both of these wonderful people are based in New York and Boston. I am still pushing Greg to add Debbie in one of his 2006 series, we will see. I am very excited Hedy, the heavy bag brings the workout to a new level.
