These really show me what a long way I have to go, even after years of kickboxing, I would have thought that I could get my legs up there pretty good.
But when you do them slow and controlled...it's a whole new ballgame, and I can really feel them the next day.
I actually thought I had mastered kickboxing to some respect simply because I could finish a workout with zero soreness in my legs, now I know it's because my execution was poor.
I look forward to doing these on a more regular basis!! Of course, part of me really didn't want to go back to the drawing board, but it's another chance to learn the right way of doing something, which is always exciting!
