Cathe, thank you for Kickmax!

I just did this workout...modified a bit cause i'm 13 weeks pregnant but I loved it. The drills are awesome! Thank you for yet another wonderful workout!!

Boy I'm with ya Sasha :) . Thanks Cathe for another great workout, I think I was punching a bit too hard my lats and posterior delts were screaming the next day :+ had to get out some anger I guess
